  • To be eligible for the Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific offer, guests confirm that:
    Guests must be between 28 and 65 years of age.
  • If guests are married, engaged, or in a relationship and sharing a residence, both parties are required to attend and complete a Vacation Ownership Preview (Club Preview) of approximately 90 minutes. A minimum combined annual household income of approximately USD 53,000 (equivalent to IDR 850,000,000, or IDR 71,000,000 per month) is also required.
  • Guests must bring two forms of identification, including at least one government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license), along with a major credit card to the Vacation Ownership Preview.
  • This offer is not available to individuals who have attended an Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific Club Preview within the last 12 months or who are current members of Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific.
  • The Club Preview highlights the benefits of Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific—an affordable and flexible vacation membership that is part of Travel + Leisure Co., the world’s largest vacation ownership company.
  • During the Club Preview, guests will be presented with an opportunity to become members; however, there is no obligation to purchase.
  • Failure to attend, failure to qualify, and/or failure to complete the full Club Preview for any reason will result in forfeiture of this offer. In such cases, the full package cost will be automatically charged to your credit card (less the cost of the Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific offers initially purchased).
  • Bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be cancelled. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers and is subject to availability. Additional charges apply for upgrades, and blackout dates may apply.
  • Reservations, including any upgrade fees, additional nights, or seasonal surcharges, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling more than 30 days prior to check-in will incur a USD 50 fee, payable at the time of rescheduling. A maximum of one reschedule is permitted per booking. Rescheduling or cancellations are not permitted within 30 days of check-in.
  • A no-show on the check-in date will incur a penalty equal to the full accommodation cost, which will be automatically charged to your credit card. By accepting this offer, you authorize such charges under these circumstances.
